Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation during which suggestions are made to create beneficial changes in ideas or behaviour. When it comes to people making the changes they desire, we find that sometimes there are blockages holding them back, preventing them from doing so.
After working in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Educator for over 15 years, Julie furthered her education to include qualifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching, which has enabled her to take a more holistic approach to supporting her clients through periods of change – assisting them to eliminate self defeating habits and behavioural patterns and enjoy a restored sense of clarity and purpose.
