We manufacture shelf stable kosher and dual-certified kosher & halal meals. Some meal varieties are for children and adults. Meals are healthy, good-for-you and meet MAHA requirements. Some are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, all are soy-free, all are nut-free, etc. No artificial colors or flavors. Clean label. Many allergens are addressed. We also created the kosher and halal Military Ration Program for the US DOD and had that contract for 20+ years. Our meals have been on the Space Station several times and gone with astronauts. One required kosher and another mission required halal for the astronauts. Others were only because the meals tasted good.
