FlexiFit Physiotherapy is a family run business. With co-founders and principal Physiotherapists, Tessa and Georgia in fact being sisters. Health and fitness have been a part of the girl’s family for longer than they can remember, with their Nanna being the first person of Greek descent to graduate from the School of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 1952.
Combining over 20 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience, the girls established this prestigious practice with one goal: to deliver specialised, individualised one- on- one treatment to allow their patients to be the best versions of themselves!
FlexiFit Physiotherapy is passionate about delivering a holistic, PREVENTATIVE approach to pain management. We believe it is essential to establish a strong foundation to one’s overall health in order to avoid future chronic pain issues and movement dysfunction. The earlier these healthy habits are formed we help equip our patients with the tools they need in order to live a pain free life in the future.
For this reason, we have always worked closely with young children, women’s health, sports injuries, tradies and the everyday person who wants to live a pain free life. Injury prevention through strength and conditioning is KEY but appreciate that hands- on manual therapy is often necessary initially to help restore these proper biomechanics.
